Recommended operating notes
- Receive each lot with crop type, owner, volume, quality condition and expected storage duration.
- Separate lots by crop family and risk level.
- Keep bags, crates or racks raised from the floor where possible.
- Track humidity, ventilation, visible damage and release dates.
- Prioritize first-in first-out rotation unless market or quality signals require a faster release.
